Description

The Advancing Pianist: Technique Book 2 is designed for pianists who have completed The Advancing Pianist: Technique Book 1, or who are at an intermediate level.

The Advancing Pianist: Technique Book 2 contains technical exercises in major and minor keys up to four sharps and four flats.

The technical patterns presented are:

• Two and Three Octave Scales (HT)
• Blocked & Broken Chord Inversions
• Blocked & Arpeggiated Chord Progressions
• Two and Three Octave Arpeggios
• Harmonic 3rds and 6ths
• Octaves
• Duple vs. Triple
• Ornaments
• Dominant and Diminished 7th chords
